Do you take reservations?
While we don’t take reservations, we have a great deal of seating both indoors and outdoors. You are also welcome to bring your own lawn chairs or blankets to sit out in the orchard and vineyard.
What is there to do at Thor's?
We love our live music, so please check out our Facebook events! You can also walk around the apple orchard and vineyard to find the perfect selfie, try your hand at a game of corn hole, and say hello to the resident goats. There are three playsets for the kiddos and, during the fall, Aamodt's Apple Farm offers Honeycrisp Express rides. Check out aamodtsapplefarm.com for more happenings at the orchard!
CAn i bring my dog?
YES - We'd prefer it! We would love to say hello to your furry friend. We can't have dogs indoors, we have tons of outdoor seating and space to roam in the orchard. Bring the pupper and enjoy a glass of hard cider! We've got a few water dishes around for the dog to stay hydrated too.
IS there any food available?
Just like the Minnesota seasons, our food menu changes throughout the year. Once in a while we've got food trucks (check out Facebook for events), the brat shack is open in the autumn season, and we've got a rotating seasonal menu when it's not apple season. Some of our more frequent offerings include smoked pulled pork, apple brats, pretzels with cheese dip, and apple salsa with chips. We just ask for you to not bring your own food in (although - we do understand severe food allergies). Kitchen stops taking orders 30 minutes prior to close.
Can i purchase cider to go?
You sure can! We are in a handful of liquor stores (check out the Locations + Hours tab) but you will have the largest selection buying from our bar. We have 22oz bottles for sale to enjoy at the orchard or to take home to enjoy later. The flavors are available while supplies last. If you'd like to see us at your preferred liquor store, let them know to get in touch with us!
What ciders are on tap?
Our tap list is on a rotation and ever-changing. Check our social media for new releases or visit the Taproom Menu page to see what some of our typical offerings are (while supplies last). We tend to have at least 8 different ciders on tap at any given time, so there's ought to be a cider to satisfy your taste buds.
